yeah it definitely sounds good, I just cant see myself getting out of the driveway before I get pulled over and defected with an ATAK exhaust.

This is pretty badass too, but even worse on the legality side of things.

That is sensational....but you would be defected in about four seconds here.....It does sound glorious though....the nastiness in the coyote shines with that system.

Well fellas need some assistance here.... I am looking to go with GT350 rear valance and borla sports cat back exhaust but the problem is that shipping is costing me 500 USD and that's from CJ's. IF you guys know any other shop please let me know and BTW I am gonna go for MGW shifter as well. Any help will be much appreciated.

Cheers
Shane

That doesn't seem too bad. Just got a quote for catback mgw and gt350 steering wheel. Shipping was 375. The big box for the valance wouldn't help. Can pm you the vendor if you want

Unfortunately, with a catback weighing around 25 KGs and the size of the box, shipping is going to be fairly pricey, I don't know of a way around it. The rear Valance is going to be an even larger box than the exhaust.

I even got a quote through a shipping forwarder in the USA so I could get free shipping to the shipping forwarder and then have it sent from them to Australia with their 'better' rates. You can even choose different postal carriers etc. But it worked out about the same, I think those forwarders are more effective for 'standard size' large parcels etc, you can consolidate many smaller orders into a large standard size box and it works a bit better that way. Its a bit of fiddling around to get things sent to start with, some may argue its not worth the extra effort.

But in the case of an exhaust and rear valance, they will not fit in the standard boxes.

In my opinion, your best bet would be to get a couple quotes. CJ pony parts were a little more expensive than Hypermotive when I got my quotes.

Apart from that, if you want to order from the USA you need to bite the bullet and pay for shipping, its the weight and size of the boxes that makes it expensive. (but in some cases cheaper than purchasing local)

Have you seen these forwarders?
http://usatoaus.com/login.aspx
They don't list exhausts, but I would expect it to be $100.
Only issue I can see is that it may take a while and you will have to pick up from their depot.

My tuner is always bringing in something, crate motors/exhausts etc I will ask him who he uses

I have not tried that one actually, I assumed as long as it was on the west coast they would be around the same rates. $100 is really good for an exhaust. Ill have to check that out next time.

Not too sure but I would has it as a guess that as this business is a forwarder, that there maybe postage costs to them from the business that you buy from.......However it is not uncommon for some sellers to include free postage within the US.
It really is worthwhile spending some time on the net and looking it up.
