Yer they could... hopefully mine is still on course.... i checked it on the link above and it says this hopefully its nothing
car.jpg

I've Ordered a GT Manual, Mischievous Purple, Blacked out Badging, Spoiler - Fastback - Performance Rear Wing and of course little extras like car cover, Luggage Compartment Mat,
Mats - All Weather Floor, Mats - Carpet - Ford Performance
I've seen some people go from segmentation to resegmentation. I dont think its a major issue. I'm sure they will start building yours any day now.

You've got a very nice build going. That colour is going to be a rare one. You will love it.
I was so torn between manual vs auto. I ended up going auto, but really I would have been happy with either I think.
I didnt order a spoiler from the factory. I'm still toying with the idea of staying without one, or if I do end up going with a spoiler I want to get the GT350 black track pack spoiler.

I also ordered black 5.0 side emblems but I'm keeping the chrome pony and GT front and rear.

When I first ordered it I wasn’t sure on what spoiler as they didn’t know what the 22 came with so they said have a look and get back to them they can change it anytime. When I told them I wanted a the factory fitted one they said it was too late they can’t add it and I will have to get the dealer fitted one… I’m not happy about it as I would rather it fitted at the factory but nothing I can do about it.

I was the same with the auto or manual cause I wouldn’t mind the remote start but thought only live once and might as well have fun with a manual and also miss driving a manual.. and I going all black badges and keeping the chrome just in case…

thanks I can’t wait to get it been wanting one since I drove my cousins 2017 getting a little worried about it being a rare colour as it’s going to be my daily car… everyone’s telling me not to use it as a daily but I think why not might as well enjoy it and drive it

I’m sure you didn’t buy it to let it sit in the garage. :). I almost went with MP for the colour of mine but it was just a pinch too dark for me. I’ve had a black car for the last 6 years so wanted something brighter.
Originally wanted Twister Orange but they dropped it for the MY22. The Cyber Orange just didn’t do it for me. Rapid Red was my final colour choice and I second guess myself every day.

Took delivery of mine last Friday. Just got the wing installed. Next is ceramic coating and brake calipers. It's starting to come together.

Nice! The orange works well with grey.

That's a beautiful looking car. No-one asks me for fashion advice for good reason, but I'm going to give it anyway. If I had that car I would look at colour matching the calipers to your stripe to make them stand out behind the black spokes, which I mention only because I would do it before i had them coated.

Bruce you're speaking my language! Calipers are getting done next week colour matched to the stripe.
Sweet! I had mine done to match the car (orange fury), came out fantastic. A fellow came up to me the other day to mention how good it looks.

I know a few of us have segmentation dates starting next week.

Has anyone had an updated screenshot from Ford to see if the dates have shifted?

My segmentation date is 12/09. I haven’t got any updates. I’ll be contacting my dealer Tuesday next week for an update.

My segmentation date is 7/9/22. I asked for a screenshot on Monday and it was still showing the 7th as the segmentation date but unfortunately no VIN assigned yet.

I'll ask for a new screenshot next Monday.

I'm new to this forum but very thankful to all the very useful information shared. I ordered a replacement for my current white GT back in February and I think it is on a ship called Theben which is approaching Auckland now and hopefully to Port Kembla on 11 September. I'm tracking it thanks to all the advice I saw here. Its an Atlas blue GT, manual with OTT white stripes, alloys and spoiler. I really want to have the calipers painted once I get it and was after any advice for a workshop that can do it, preferably in Canberra or alternatively in Sydney.

Does anyone know what spec the MY22.25 cars are?

From what I can gather they are a bastard mix of PP2 and 401A cars.
Is there a straight equivalent in the US range or has Ford Australia specced it's own thing.

Our cars are the GT Premium (PP1)spec but with 401A option added as standard I think. There are slight differences which are mostly around country specific legalities as well. This is for instance why the Euro cars (and ours) have the white tail lights and the US cars are red. We get orange side marker lights but in the US they are red.

I think the PP2 cars in the US included the Magneride suspension (and Cup 2 tyres) . Magneride can be optioned in Australia as you probably know. I added it to mine.
