Very much yes. It will keep under god temps down and prevent the headers from rusting. And because it holds the heat inside the header it can actually help flow the exhaust a bit better

I haven't done any recently, but many years ago I had Jet-Hot do a couple of sets. Nice stuff, you'd have to check with them for current pricing.

First time I encountered a coated set I could not believe how well it kept underhood temps down.....

i am having my stainless power done as i write this. Company close to me (Dallas/ fort worth area) that get awesome reviews and quality s
coating. Hopefully they will be done this week. i was quoted 250-270 when dropped off, because they had not taken the measurements yet they didn't give me an exact price.

ill post pictures as soon as i get them. i did it because of the looks and to keep the temps down. i dont like how the a/c line on passenger side is so close to the headers

Coated mine. I noticed a significant drop in temp in the back of the engine bay and when my windows are down at a traffic light. Even under the car you can't feel much radiant heat coming from the front of the exhaust.
