Anyone else wonder

Well I want to know does anyone else wonder if anyone at ford does QC??

Today I traded in my base model GT for a Premium with PP. Upon inspection I see two good size runs in the paint. I decide after driving 7hrs I will go with it. After signing paper work and making it barely 12 miles down the road the air bag light comes on in the gauge cluster. Great.....

Next upon actually hitting the interstate I notice around 55-65mph a slight vibration......after reading the threads in here about the vibration I am sure nothing will come of a fix and I just wasted more money investing in yet again another Ford product.

Go and return that lemon tomorrow, man. That is a terrible way to start off.

Talk about adding a lot to Convo....go easy with ur wealth of knowledge.


This post was made to get the attention of a Ford CSM so I can get a case number and have them step in. My local dealership literally advised me to drive it 7hrs back and let the selling dealership work on that is how pathetic my local dealership is.

I can promise you that right now your best bet is biting the bullet and speaking to the owner of the dealership, see if they will work with you to make things right. Ford CSM is absolutely useless and they won't return calls, ask for pictures and nothing comes to fruition, and they just don't care. The dealership will bend over backwards to help if they're worth a shit. Corporate will just tell you to keep bringing it to the dealer for warranty. Please trust me. Been there, done that.

Thank you for the advice good sir I think that is going to be my tactics at the Appt. I messaged the FORDCSM account Saturday and have still yet to receive any kind of reply. I am glad you had the same experience I did with the CSM. My first car had a small issue and I got a case number I could NEVER reach the CSM or have her call me back. She would randomly call and you could tell she cared less about the issues.

Welp today is day 6 of them having the car. Was told today for the part to arrive low and behold NO part today and no actual ETA. They have had the car the exact amount of time I had the car in my possession. This is ridiculous, I have a feeling I am getting crappy service because I didn't buy the car from them.

Anyways still no contact from a Ford CSM, service manager doesn't seem to give two craps
