Navigation problem anyone else?

My 2018 GT frequently shows no GPS and shows the car is no where close to where it actually is. On a number of occasions it has had me in Lake Michigan and I'm pretty I would have noticed that. On other occasions it has had me about a mile from the freeway I was on. It's not like the map is out of date, because the lake and the freeway have been there for many years. Other cars I have owned had no problems with the same routes.

I was thinking of taking the car to my Ford dealer, but thought I would ask if others have observed this first.

Have you done a master reset?


If this doesn't fix it the issue could possible be with your antenna and/or your APIM. Unfortunately that could mean a trip to the dealer.
