Anyone else has this issue with coolant hoses?

Both of these hoses sit on top of each other and when the engine is moving they are rubbing against each other .Is this something that will be an issue?

I checked out a 2018 mustang GT at the dealer and the bottom hose seems to be longer and not touching the upper one at all
