I just checked in with my friend and he looked at his paperwork and they said Ford deducted for miles on the car. Did you use the lemon lawyer?

The Lemon Law Lawyer said the mileage was normal to deduct. There's a formula they use. After chatting with them I looked on the offer sheet and the formula was exactly as they said it would be from the lemon law team.

Seems like they didn't even blink in approving your buy back @mattballislife . It was my understanding the milage deduction was SOP during a buy back.

They really didn't. As soon as I said no dealer would work with me the RAV rep put in the request for a refund and literally the next day it was ok'd.

Finally ended up getting this car bought back and lucked out finding a black GT350R for nearly $2k under MSRP. Thanks for all of your help for those that offered insight on how to deal with this. It's much appreciated
