Anyone else had this Issue?

Hey guys,

starting to panic a little . . . . .I ordered a manual transmission as per my contract, triple checked it. I entered my VIN in ETIS and it says automatic transmission, has anyone else encountered this? I dont have a blend date yet and there is only basic info, but surely this cant be a fuck up?

I think you need to talk to your dealer and Ford Aus by phone...maybe also through the Ford Aus facebook page. It is possible you have been given the wrong vin. Have not heard of that particular issue before.

I agree, incorrect VIN is most likely but I wouldn't waste any time contacting your dealer.

dealer gave me wrong NSC number, dont ask me how, good news is that my car has been built!!

Cheers bro, I ordered Feb 2015, So it has been an extremely long wait . . . They reckon it has been at the docks getting preped. How long until i know which ship it will be on?
