Anyone adding a HUD?

I'm hoping Ford will add a nice HUD for the 2016 MY, and so I'm still waiting to see what comes out before I buy (also saving up money at the same time LOL).

I'd also like to see something like the PDR in the Corvette, that's really cool!

Definitely hoping they at least get this stuff in the GT350 and GT500 (we know it's coming).

this makes your cell phone actions visible/manageable via your windshield. i guess it utilizes satellites to determine your speed thru your phones navigation software or similar software of its own.

Yup, just a cheap first shot at it for now. I kind of like the extra stuff you can do with it. We'll see what kind of HUD's come up down the line that are better.

I want something simple that only displays RPM and Speed. It has to be subtle too, I don't need some massive piece of crap on my dash.

It shoes nav directions, call info from phone, radio/music info

Had it on my '02 Z06, really liked it. Not sure why a 13 year newer car doesn't offer the option

Had on my 2012 2ss/rs camaro and thats the only thing i missed about that car! Its like playing a video game, the rpm, speed, what song your playing, radio and the new ones show turn directions for navigation reflected on the windshield. Pretty cool feature for a sports car. You dont have to look down to speedo even for a split second!

I really hope some aftermarket guys come up with a way to do this where it's stealthy, seamless and sexy. They make the install look factory and I'll definitely sign up for a HUD. It's a fighter plane, why not?

Yes, this is exactly what I am looking for, hoping there's a shop that can do this or in the near future, I do live next to Shelby American, pass it everyday. Maybe I should see what toys they have inside!!

I think the op is looking for a factory installed look.

Yeah don't want a tacky one, would rather wait til someone comes out with a good one.
