Norton went back into business a few years ago. They now make nearly everything in house at Donington Hall in England or from suppliers with made in England parts (minus the Ohlin suspension, Brembo brakes and Dunlop tires) The bike is all hand assembled by the same two guys start to finish. Of all the bikes Ive seen and owned, this is by far the highest quality one. It's not a crotch rocket in the speed department, but the handling is awesome and with the Ohlins it's fully adjustable front and rear. I also like that it's air cooled, not to many air cooler bikes around anymore. My next addition will be a Norton Domiracer. If I can get my hands on the 1 of 50.
It wasn't easy getting mine but I like the fact I don't see everyone else riding one in my area.
I've been around a lot of biker parties, swap meets, poker runs and bike events, and I've never seen one like that anywhere.

:D
That's good to hear!
They are very limited production. My cousin just bought a 2016 BMW R nine T. That's a nice bike also. I'm partial to British bikes. As I said if I can get my hands on a Norton Dominator or Domiracer I'll be set!
If not I'll probably settle on a triumph thruxton R

I would even dress like this guy to buy one. :D

Wow that domiracer is sweet too! Not nearly as sweet as capri pants and socks with sandals, but an honorable mention is to be noted here:D

You should make a pilgrimage to the Isle of Man.
Either the TT or the Manx GP.

TT week is very good indeed.
That would be awesome!

been a rider for 25+ years, mostly GSXR 1000s. I did have a couple café racers at one time. But when I moved to the Bay Area I sold off my last GSXR 1000.

Don't get me wrong, I love the acceleration, and the ability to carve through canyons vs the heavy behemoth that is the Mustang. But drivers in the Bay are effing nuts. A couple coworkers that ride are now on permanent disability due to blind drivers. I myself have had several near misses with blind drivers. The straw that broke the camel's back was when a city bus almost ran me over. The GSXR was sold that weekend.

Motorcycles and Bay Area traffic are an accident waiting to happen.

thank ya, definitely a worthwhile purchase if you're on the bike longer than 30 minutes at a time!

I have a 1996 Honda Magna and 2008 Yamaha Raider. I have hot rodded both bikes with fuel, air, exhaust and other mods. I have been riding bikes for 44 now. I went with the Gt for the v-8 power. I also have a 1999 F-250SD deisel 4x4 that I have modified. And since I can’t seem to leave anything alone, I’m in process of modding my Mustang too.

Did the same thing with my 09 Harley XR1200. Torque kit, exhaust, fuel tuner, intake, handle bars, front fender, tail light, and rear shocks. And of course, I couldn't let my hands off my Mustang, either. :D
