So playing with more and more features on the car has led me to an annoyance that I hope has a solution for.
The Google Assistant voice prompts are very loud at level 8. Maybe when driving this is ok, but sitting with the engine off it's too loud. So while "she" is blabbering on, I will turn the volume control down to 5 thinking it's all good. The next time "she" pipes up, she's shouting again at level 8. I spent half an hour going through my phone and car settings and I see nothing about adjusting this. I'm also looking at a way to adjust the backup beeps. Too loud. I'm not getting old, my hearing is fine dammit.

I've had the same issue, haven't found any fix for it.

For the backup beeps, check my post here.

Thanks for that info.
Looks like I'll be making a lot of tweaks with Forscan on my car this week.
The Google assistant volume is likely something only fixed by Google and we all know how good they are at that.
