Yah it was. It was a blast . A caravan of three GT350Rs, with a supercharged GT, and a cobra bringing up the rear—all lead by a race car and then we picked up a GT500 carbon. It was fun

Hey guys! Just an FYI: I received a quick reply from AC to my email inquiry of listed weight. Was told that as a hand finished, vacuum-infused WET CF item no two hoods will weigh exactly the same of course. The weight listed on their site of 26lb. is of the prototype hood just completed and that DOES INCL. both vent AND raintray. Approx. 5lbs lighter than oem hood.

I had placed my order through my vendor in July when AC posted the item on their website. I canceled the order in August due to AC still not accepting orders due to continued fitment work on the hood. Not sure where they are at now, but I may come back around later when they get their sh*t together

Resurrecting for a quick question. Where did you get the mounting brackets on the core support and hood for the hood pins? And which hood pins did you use? That is the best non-OEM setup I have seen to date and would be perfect for pre 19‘ gt350s!
