Am I crazy fuel door

The door is manual, there's no gps locator etc. Tbh not even luxury cars have that, it's a silly thing to engineer.

Come to think of it my wife did lean against the car this morning when we were in the garage. I was thinking to myself she could scratch the paint. She was right by the fuel door.

You need to have a talk with her and educate her on paint care. DO NOT TOUCH !

I’m not sure It wouldn’t be much more complicated than the FordPass remote door latch with some additional integration if one were to for some reason want to try….

Mine pops open easily when I’m wiping/cleaning the car.
(Just running a microfiber cloth across it, pops it open)

No issues with fitting on my GT. ( its OEM/Ford)
It was a bit of a pain the first few attempts,
But when you get used to lining it up with the notch then it becomes easier afterwards.

I ultimately bought it from Levittown Ford for $40 or so. Says it's for the Raptor. Same issue at first with the notches.

They sent me number BU5A-9C268-AB and it works.
