Can you please do this style stripe in flat white on an oxford car, PP?

Maybe from another angle, where the glare isn't so bad..? The stripe width should continue from the base of the hood, across the roof and trunk..

Thank you!!

Ok Chrisvr6 or anyone else better at PS than me. I'm trying to change the colors of the roof, hood vents and mirrors on my car. I want to do a CF look on the mirrors and vents and a gloss black on the roof. Here's my attempt. I'm using PS CS4. My steps are:
Use a polygonal lasso tool to outline the area I want to color.
I use the Color replacement tool and select a color sample from somewhere on the picture. I used the grill.
Then I paint the selected areas.
As you can see my reflections turn out well but my color looks more chocolate than black. Even when I manually select all black (255, 255, 255) my parts look more brown than black.
I am open to any help from you gurus.
Thanks

Could anyone please Photoshop a white pinstripe on this picture instead of the black pinstripe? I would also like to see it done with a silver pinstripe as well. Thanks
