The car (2015 GT) automatically turns on the air recuperation for not understandable reasons, often when it's not actually needed. Does anybody have any info how this should work by design? I assume it depends on the ambient temperature, but not sure in what way...

As well it's interesting if there some air quality sensor?
And if this feature is configurable with Forscan, ideally with possibility to turn it off?

What is “air recuperation”? I am not familiar with the term.

I guess he's talking about the A/C recirculation.

Faulty button?

If the system is in auto mode it will select recirculation/fresh air according to whatever programing Ford has decided on. I know it uses internal and external temperature sensors. I don't know how many it uses or if there are other sensors like for humidity. It would make sense for it to have one though.

Thanks all. Yeah, I meant air recirculation. So, if it relies on temp. sensors, looks like there’s no room for adjusting it’s functionality for particular cases.
