So tonight I tired to do some donuts in a nice open parking lot with a couple friends. (Yes I know immature) Held the button down for 5 secs to turn and got advancetrac off message on the dash. After a single loop the dash lit up with afvancetrac service and started chiming. Went away after stoping and restarting the car. Just seemed strange, anyone else run into this?

Ive had issues where I had the warning come up after a long bumpy dirt driveway. I looked in the rear wheel well and the cable was loose from one of the mounts. I pushed the grommet back in and no issues.

i think the sensors/cables are sensitive to dirt/disruption.

Hopefully thats your issue.

Happened to me doing the same thing(advancetrac was disabled). It was basically a 1.5 rotation doughnut to show my girl what it felt like. Popped on, i assumed it was because of the extra rotation past 360, went away about 1/4 mile away. Would be interested if it's odd, or normal in others experience.
