Active Exhaust issues

So I’ve been complaining for a while now that my car intermittently sounds like crap and the exhaust will sometimes sound crisp and other times strange but still loud.
decided to pull the fuse on the active exhaust while in normal mode and the exhaust seems great.

I don’t have any issues with the harness or the actuators, they all work fine. My guess it’s the ecu programming that could be a problem with mine.

I had a few tunes a couple of years ago and they adjusted the active exhaust settings to open and close and I think it could have screwed something up?.

that said, the day I collected the car from the dealer brand new I noticed that the valves would open and close by themselves at around 2k rpm’s. Does it every time but since unplugged they sound great.

just ordered the delete simulator dongles for no error messages and I think I’ll just leave the active exhaust deactivated now.

I wish you had pull with Corsa. I bought a 19 GT with the Extreme Active and the left valve is rattling, no sealing anymore and sounds terrible due to this. I emailed them Sunday, just a got a message back stating I'm out of warranty so they won't be able to help. I'm not looking for free, I'm just looking to get one replaced. They aren't answering their phones and not even reading half of emails. I'm willing to pay but I need the opportunity. They don't sell the replacement parts. Just f'n sucks. I wish they were half as good as you guys.

Remember if you delete the active exhaust just pulling the fuse and leaving the engine light on isn’t good enough.

the ecu will command that their is either a blockage or An exhaust flow problem and it will change the AF to compensate.
they need to be deleted properly
