Hi all,

I am looking for a little help. I had a damaged exhaust valve so I replaced it but still not working. When I hit the start button(but not starting it) the valve is working as I physically can hear it move and watch it move opening and closing. Is there something that needs to be done electrical wise as a calibration? Thanks!

Sometimes the wires get pinched because they are so short.

Did you go through the reset/calibration procedure when you installed the new valve?

I'd be more specific but need a few details. You said it's still not working, but then go on to say you can hear it working? What exactly isn't working?

Also, make sure you check the cable harness and connector. If the car's exhaust has shifted back, the harness or connector can rub against the chassis and cause a short. See the video for a full explanation.
