Any Mach 1's out there with catted headers + full stock active exhaust?

Looking to hear how the car sounds with some catted headers and everything else stock. I already know it's going to be too loud and a bit raspy with a resonator delete. I was interested in hearing how this setup sounds with the different active exhaust modes as this is probably the way I will end up going and just leaving everything else in place.

I would be interested in this also. With the factory resonator.

Did you toss yours out when you put on the Switchfire? If not, throw it back on with some clamps!

Tossed no, removed yes I supposed I could get some butt joint clamps and give it a go…

Man I need a lift!

This is why you need a resonator especially with a supercharger, lol.

I am also going this route, likely with resonator delete. Kooks are on the way! Since I just ordered the car I wont be able to help with sound bites for a bit

I don't think with only 6K made anyone is in a rush to hack up their M1. If they do, it would likely be a 2022.

TBH headers sound like a lot of money and work for very little result. You have to be going for an extreme build.
You'll see the gains when you're supercharged and catless for sure. Catted isn't very much more than the stock ones. Definitely more top end power with the 1-7/8" ones. I definitely did not have fun playing the emissions game on my last Mustang when I swapped to the 18 manifold.

Honestly the work is not that bad with a lift. Took me about 9 hrs start to finish.
And the tone change is great!

Bumping this one back up. Anyone out there still with the full stock catback and some catted headers? Really interested in hearing how this sounds. This is the main reason why I haven't hacked up my resonator on the car right now for an H-Pipe or X-Pipe.

If anyone has this setup and isn’t posting video for us it should be a crime. This is the path I’m leaning towards as well
