Active exhaust digital dash starts in normal

Ford Mustang GT convertible premium 2018
So I just switched to a digital dash on my 2018 Gt and before I could go in accessory mode switch the car to track and start the car now if I go to accessory mode start the car it automatically goes back to normal does anyone know why that is did i miss something in the programming step

Mine does the same. Exhaust mode also changes back to normal. Thinking this is just how the digital dash behaves.

As far as I know, Active Exhaust can only start up in Normal or Quiet via the digital dash. Even if you go into Accessory Mode and set your exhaust to Track, it will switch back to Normal on ignition. Not sure there's any way around this, but maybe Forscan?

Nope. Default is normal mode, so you have to change everything every time you start the car. No way around that, even with FORScan. At least I haven't heard of a break-through on that yet. On my F-150, there was a memory module that worked, but it's different on the Mustang.
