I used this a few years back quite a bit and got a lot of information about my car(s) from it. Just to see how it's evolved, I invested $22 to get a three-day license. It's really different now. A lot of the info, like TSB's and so on, are referenced but you can't actually read them. Ditto the record of services on the car. You can read what the techs looked at, but not what they did unless it's a designated service like a recall.

Now, there is a bigger opportunity if you want to spend the bux. If you have a VCM 2 or 3, you can install IDS and buy a 2 day license for it. I expect that having that IDS license will activate all the missing stuff in Motorcraft Service. If you have both licenses, which I had several times working on my car, you can look into the car itself on the MC Service website. You connect the car to IDS with VCM and open the website. The toolchain becomes car=>VCM=>IDS=>the MC Service website. You can take service actions on the website and they'll be delivered to the car by IDS. Sounds complicated, but it works very well.
