oasis

I'm looking to obtain an Oasis report for a gt350 that's in another state. Does anyone have access to or advice for obtaining a report? I have the Vin that I can PM. I've talked to a couple of local dealers, but they want me to bring the car in for a ppi, which of course I can't do. Thanks...
