Had the evaporator go out under warranty two months ago with only 10,500 miles on the odometer. Now...only 400 miles later its making the same whining/groaning noise again. Still blows cold though. Looks like another trip to the dealer coming up. Any idea what could be messed up this time?

Please let us know what the dealer says. I'm having the same issue.

Ok I'll post an update but it probably will be a couple weeks before I can get it checked out.

I had to take mine in for the ac as well, and Hope I don't have to again. They replaced the compressor, the evaporator and a hose. I can still hear the whine a little bit under acceleration. Doesn't blow as cold as it did when new. At least I know the coyote engine is rock solid. Maybe the 2018s will be better?

I beat you to it. Dropped off at dealer yesterday and it's the compressor. Being replaced under warranty and I should have the car back tomorrow.
