So I bought my 2015 Mustang GT ruby red premium package at the end of March 2015. I never used the heat because by the time I bought the car the weather was warm enough not to use it. So when winter hit later that year I used the heat for the 1st time. To my surprise I had no heat coming out of every vent EXCEPT the front two vents in front of the driver. Thank GOD for heated seats. Took the car in and they looked at it, found the issue and advised that the part (Bend Door Actuator) was on back order and it would take maybe 30 days to get in. I convinced them to remove the part from a new car and put it in my GT. They did. The fix lasted a few weeks. After that the car had no heat again. Took the car back in and advised them that the same condition exists as before. After diagnosing the issue again I was told that the Blend Door Actuator was on back order but they will put an emergency order in for the part. To my surprise I was called the very next day and was told the part was in. I tested the heat after they fixed it and it worked. That was 1 month ago. I didn't have a need to use the heat since. This morning because it was chilly out I decided to turn the heat on and wouldn't you know it I have no heat again! I'm pissed beyond belief. Now I have to go back AGAIN and have this issue addressed. WTF! Any one else having the same issue with their heat? I'm guessing that the issue is a big one because the part to fix it is always on back order. The dealership I visit is the Sheehy Ford in Ashland, Virginia. The people are nice enough but I'm am starting to question their competence.... Any ideas? What have you guys done to fix the situation?
