Just wanted to run this idea (wish) past you guys/gals...
On the uprated GT350 with the Tech PKG and GT350R with the Electronic PKG..how about adding the softer padding on the door tops and the corresponding white or red (R) stitching on the dash pad and center console armrest... I think this would be really classy for the top trim. And it is on the production line already with the Premier Trim With Color Accent Group option. Also the R with the Electronics PKG should have the 2 center gauge pods...Oh and black lug nuts for the R

Black lugs for sure. I've called that out previously.

Deviating stitching is always a plus in my book. Black lug nuts (or black chrome) would also be good.

In my opinion, they should all come with the center gauge pods and upgraded trim. It's a $50k+ car for crying out loud. That stuff can't weigh more than 2-3 pounds, if that.

agree... except i like the shiny lugs mixed in with the black wheels... dont know why just when they start to rotate adds a reference point for the spinning spokes... cant explain it

I think it makes sense for those that are ordering the extra cushy package add ons. I understand the final pricing could end up higher due to adding things to the car, but probably buyers of this car with optional extras won't care much.

I'm probably not your target market though. If I buy it will be base GT350 and the only potential option I will probably consider is the track package.

And another thing, the 8 inch touch screen dammit. Hell I bet that weighs less than the 4 inch with all those buttons.

Yes to the Gauges in the center, and no to the Black lugs...! I love the look (sorry) and as far as the interior I was going to add my own flare to it once I got it and had a real good chance to look it over...but factory is almost always better and cheaper. As Captain Picard would say.."Make it so"

I'm down for all of the above options.

The whole idea for the car is the money is in the drivetrain, not fluff. You can buy a slow vehicle for less money and get all the fluff you want. Or spend more for a Bimmer or something like that.

It would have been a nice touch for FORD to release the "hand built" motor with some nice color coordinated dress up on the engine to match the color palette of the body.

Its not exactly a cheap car and a dress up kit on this would not cost an arm and a leg.

Unless it bites into the profit margin ...... Considering what some dress up kits cost.
