After reading through this thread I decided to order headers as well. I already have a fuel system and I'm looking for 800-850.

I doubt you will make much more power, just take a little less stress off the engine.

If you get injectors, get stainless bodies like the 1300's.

A fuel system that uses the gt350 fuel hat and converts to a return style fuel system is good to 900+rwhp.

My 15 runs only 19 degrees of timing, I could easily run 23-25 degrees on the pump e-85 I have and that's on 20psi. Ive been messing around with 25-26psi, but I think i'm starting to max out my 1300's at 50psi. Might be putting on some 67's and swapping to 1700's

similar to the Sai Li system i guess?

thats one thing i can say about the lund tune, its been safe as heck.

Yeah I only ran 17psi on my stock block Terminator, 18 is a bit high and way more than is needed for 800whp. OP, you could do 11-12psi with timing for E85 and be at 800whp.
Yea should have been upper 800's

Very loud. but sounds good.

E85 is corrosive. Always want stainless with e85.

i meant more of why the 1300s when at 800whp the 1000s should suffice.

ethanol is not much more corrosive than 93 octane but its the attraction of water that causes issues.

Room to grow. I was very close to maxing out my 1000's at 18psi. Could have upped the fuel pressure to 50psi.

You're still flowing the same amount of air, just less stress on the engine. Should help reduce EGT's and heat in the engine some. From the two I have seen in person, removing just CLOGGED cats is worth about 15rwhp. I doubt adding long tubes would add much, maybe adjust the power band some.

Ethonal attracts water and is slightly more corrosive. I think the 1050x is a stainless injector also.

Yeah, you can easily piece it together yourself cheaper, or there are some other places that do the same thing he does for a little cheaper also. With a gt500 boost a pump(two pumps) it was good to over 1050rwhp.

They are very conservative, there are other tuners out there that will post the higher dyno numbers and faster times, but they are running 5-6 degrees more timing, hoping the computer will pull timing if knock due to bad fuel etc.
