Congratulations on a snagging a great car. You need to send the salesman an awesome thank you gift. After what we have read about some dealers it's nice to hear about one treating a customer right!

Did you get it for MSRP, if you don't mind me asking? Seems to be an issue with some of the dealerships right now.

If you didn't get the hint from the guy right below this comment… 56K is a "lil lotta bit" high…. you just paid like 15k more than your normal build woulda come in at.

If he is happy who cares what he paid.

If thats a "premium" anyone is willing to pay for the LE… thats something in itself. Im not going against what someone wants or likes… i was simply bringing to light that his original build was 15k or so less. Thats a huge difference.

Keep in mind the price range you just stepped into when entering the 15k over mustang is; GT350, Corvette, Callenger/Charger Hellcat….

If you stick with original build and sink 15k into it.. I'm willing to bet he has one of the sicker overall builds possible on this forum. **IMO**

We all have a voice here… and we are all on here to hear each other out… no?

MSRP for an LE is 46,995, so markup was about 10K.

Like others have stated, a car is worth what a buyer is willing to pay. Most people buying the LE are enthusiast who have no intention on selling the car.

Interesting conversation with my dealer yesterday ...... they told me that dealers are concerned with folks buying an LE at MSRP or a little higher and putting it on EBAY for a profit.

Alot of dealers in town have their LE's marked up 20K ..... however they know they will not get that. Its up to the buyer to negotiate a fair price.
