The above photo in post #1 is legit. 3/4 of a tank with a warning that I was about to flame out, lol.Tom, were you joking about the 50 miles to empty low fuel warning or being serious? I ask because anytime mine get to 50 miles to empty I get the same warning and thought it was normal.
You Sir are doing it correctly with those sort of numbers!Note the fuel guage.......
that was going to be my question, was this pic taken after our track days?Maybe it was a product of me taking the car around the Daytona speedway doing 2:00 laps?
Lol
Yeah the restrictor plate NASCAR at that same track get about 4mpg with 850 n/a hpYes, they drink a lot when tracked. I’m no expert but drove her hard enough on a 1.4 mile track to log 5 mpg. I cannot imagine your mpg at Daytona.
Who da thunk it? And all this time I thought he got rid of his car due to him being uneducated about tire life. I guess you learn something new every day.The you- tuber “speed phenom” got rid of his track pack gt-500 over fuel consumption on the track . He needed 7 fill ups to run a 3 hour session at the track,( road course). He now has a mclaren 600-lt, better gas mileage and faster track times..
