I wear gloves. White ones with red Puma logos. I just don’t care what other drivers are thinking. Literally don’t care. I love the feeling of racing gloves while I’m driving—also helps to grab the car back if it’s tramlining hard. I have lots of friends who gloves whether they’re driving a GT350R or a Ford GT. Guess my question back would be: Are you so concerned with what others are thinking while you’re driving your car? 😁😁

Girls drive around with eyelashes over their headlights and people have fake big brake calipers—point is nobody cares and so what if they do—“people, do you”.
I use 10 dollar mechanix gloves. Does the job. Some day, I'll upgrade to the $200 pair that I want. However, atm the $200 pair isn't going to shave me seconds off the track so I'm pleased with my $10 dollar gloves. :D

Lol - touché - but yes, I'm a little concerned I'll look like a lunatic wearing gloves lol. I DO wash my hands before going for a drive.

I have these to strengthen my sissy grip so that I can catch that tramlining without gloves :)

It’s rock what you got. Subè Sports has some great deals on discounted/discontinued gloves. normally $179 gloves for $99

Question for the glove wearers... When you are stopped, do you put your hands in your lap so that other drivers don't see them? :) :)
Are the guys that wear driving gloves the same dudes that wear lifting gloves to do cardio in the gym? 🤔

Hey man gloves are the new deal. Impossible for anyone to lift or hold any automotive related tool or fuzzy dice without them.

Also very important running the mouth, waving, pointing and making stupid hand jesters.

In that case I guess I'll have to add gloves to my hand-care regimen

That's a new one for me, I'm gonna have to look that up
You really feel proud about this? Really? I’m not embarrassed at all and don’t know many who are—Yah keep on with the juvenile shit.

It’s funny when you’re called out for looking like ten year old online and your response is “don’t take it so seriously” simply because you can’t take someone calling you out. You look the idiot, not me. You should really look into the mirror more often.

Does your OEM Steering wheel like this yet?

That's what worn out Alcantara looks like. If not, I recommend you get gloves because there is still hope. Maybe, you don't care enough and that's okay too but there is no reason to make fun of anyone. If you've shifted your mind to actually caring about the condition of your steering wheel, you may want to consider purchasing this. https://www.amazon.com/Garneck-Disp...ring+wheel+wrap+plastic&qid=1626212530&sr=8-7

I only use the disposable car steering cover when dropping off the car at the service bay. Oil changes and grime doesn't do well for the steering wheel.

1) You're saving your Alcantara.
2) Extra grip regardless of where you're driving too.

Anyhow, @Wildcardfox
this is the one i've been eyeing for a long time.

No, thankfully my steering wheel doesn't look like that yet. I would consider driving gloves if I can find some that match my rainbow wig and red clown nose 😄
