Probably not.... but a local automotive paint shop can mix it up for you if you’re in a massive rush, or you can purchase it online if you can wait a day or two.

Doesn't it have to be a high temperature paint, not ordinary body paint? I'm sure those brakes get blazing hot.

If you’re tracking the car, it absolutely needs to be high temp epoxy or even better powder coat. If you’re not taking it to the track, it’s my experience the calipers won’t discolor with regular touch-up paint.
