325 tires for rear?

Considering getting signature wheels with R fitment to run 305 front and 325 rears using PSS and I realized that Michelin does not make a 325 tire with 35 aspect ratio and I will have to go with a smaller diameter tire. Does anyone have any experience with this, any advantages/disadvantages?

305/30/19 fronts and 325/30/19 rears using 11" and 11.5" wheels is the plan.

I searched for 30 side wall, 30 aspect ratio, 325/30, and nothing came up. I even searched for 30% side wall, but besides a nail in a tire thread, I dont see anything. Care to help instead of complaining?

I have them as well. On both the R wheels and my BC Forged (in Rspec). Cup2s and Pilot Sports respectively. They are the win.

Those sizes are very "square"-bulging slightly.

For R-width wheels, 295/305 PS4S is a better and more OEM (R) like fitment that will give better steering feel and response than 305/325.

Only down side is your speedo will be off about 8 percent with the 30 series tires, unless you reprogram your car. But it’s not that much of an issue if you know the impact.

Thanks for sharing my photos! I absolutely love the wheels and tires setup. 305/30/19 and 325/30/19 Pilot Sport 4S is the perfect set up for this car. Better handling compared to stock PSS and rides more comfortable too surprisingly. Also love the Project6GR wheels. I still can't stop staring at them everyday even after 7 months of owning them.

Good point. 8 percent is quite a lot actually, especially at high speeds. Which leads me to believe, there is specific programming that R has which non-R doesnt have which take into consideration of the tire sizes. Now question is, does this have an effect in other areas such as ABS, traction control, etc? Why I say that is because if I m the developer who coded this stuff (and I do have a comp science degree btw), I am more than likely to declare a variable to hold the value of the tire diameter and use it across the board in every single equation that has to do with tire diameter.

how did you come up with 8% ?

front tires:
295/35-19 = 767 rev/mile
305/30-19 = 792 rev/mile

792/767 = 1.03

At 55.5 MPH my speedo is reading 60 MPH . . .
4.5 / 60 = .075
