There a little high for sure. That said Haggerty which really watches this stuff has no issue’s with a stated on mine at 140k. Mine just crossed a thousand miles and got its first oil change. I think real world for a non painted stripe car should be 120-125ishk currently. I’m biased obviously, even better in person. My house wife blue car isn’t going any where any time soon. Lol. Hope, something works out for you going forward if you really want one.
I'm not really looking for a CFTP or an HE, but this being local prompted a look and a trade proposal. My ideal spec is a base in Eruption Green with the black roof and CF dash.

Winter is rapidly approaching and these guys like to move cars. Figured I'd post it in the event someone else wanted to play.

I found this a day too late--local car--went to buy it and it had sold.

2020 CFTP, white with black painted roof, and 957 miles. Sold for $96,000. While I would prefer an HE, I won't pay those premiums, so bummed I missed on this. This was a really pretty car.

I am sure there will be other finds like this.

Painted Stripes ??
The only 2022 GT500 HE (2-seat and 4-seat) models that came with the lower side stripes were the Wimbledon White vinyl stripe examples therefore this was a vinyl stripe example.

It should be noted that the 2022 GT500 HE (2-seat and 4-seat) models that were ordered with Absolute Black stripes only came with painted OTT stripes as Absolute Black vinyl stripes were not available on the GT500 HE order guide.

From a production numbers standpoint, the 2022 GT500 CFTP HE vehicles that came with Wimbledon White vinyl OTT and side stripes ended up being less than half of the 2022 GT500 CFTP HE vehicles that came with the WW painted OTT stripes and made up ~30% of the 600 GT500 CFTP HE examples.

I watch the prices carefully. Be aware that "average" prices you see all over the internet by auction houses etc. don't separate the models and in reality the prices differ greatly between these 4 models:
(I'm talking '22 models here). Sample size in (), average prices.

Base (26) $98,926
Base Heritage Edition (6) $102,842
CFTP (17) $116,053
CFTP Heritage Edition (10) $138,864

So this is from October car fax for the most part. The CFTP HE numbers are inflated by cars which have been sitting for months at ~140k, so it's anybody's guess if those are "real" numbers. Nonetheless, you can see where a CFTP HE will be a lot more coin than a "normal" CFTP, regardless of these inflated "asking" prices. Again this is just raw data for you to ponder, get upset about, blow off, whatever I'll leave that for the forum discussion, I'm just the messenger.

I hadnt seen that site before. Curious to see how much activity it has.
The dealership is local to me and moves ~100 cars per month, I know their guy who does the photography and video for their listings. Not sure about their website traffic activity. Their pricing tends to run on the high side, so I suspect not many cars move on the "auctions".

I came real close on a two car trade on a nearly identical car in Charlotte a few weeks ago, except it was a 2022 with painted stripes. Same price. In the end I just couldn’t give up a manual trans.

BTW, back in the day that color was know by us dealers as “no-sale blue”. Now it’s classic!

The color looks completely different on a mustang body as opposed to a large suv body. It’s ironic how some colors just dont work on particular vehicles but others work very well.

Eruption Green and Cyber Orange are two of those colors for me. EG doesn’t show its true colors on a Bronco the way it does with all the curves of a Mustang. Cyber on a Mach E looks funny to me, on the Mustang with the black trim pieces (and even more so with a black roof) it seems to pop more instead of just being one big blob of bright yellow-orange. Just the way my eyes see those colors, others I’m sure see them differently
