Well I apologize in advance that this has been so long since an update was posted. The car had A TON of issues I needed to work out and with my schedule it was a tough thing to do.

But I was able to finally get it fine tuned and running great! I am moving over the e85 here in a few weeks and am unsure on numbers yet. I took it to a car show for the first time this summer and got best in show. I have enjoyed it very much since its been running again.

Your procharger looks really cool. At first I thought it was some sort of turbo.

Thanks man, Its a D1 unit with some added things that Procharger doesn't add to the kit, But I am loving the way it looks.

Well I was going to just make a new thread but this seems like a good place...

I'm about to pull the trigger on F.I. instead of trading in for a gt but I can't decide what's the better option. Keep in mind I DD this car and will be installing myself.

The single or twin turbo setup that Auto Mafia sells claims you can turn up the boost up to where your making 600rwhp on a stock sealed motor, don't know if I believe it but what do you guys think?

I know a couple of you guys have prochargers what's the highest boost you've ran, are you happy with the power level, and where did you purchase it from?

I have been happy with my Procharger as of lately.. It was not what was advertised for the install when I got it, They sent wrong parts, some parts missing most parts needed modified.. it was a mess. Took me awhile to get it right but a lot of it was due to Procharger not doing their job right. I ordered through MPT tuning so I got the discounted tunes. I am in the middle of tuning/data logging on E85 and I am very happy with the power I am getting from it. Also its been very reliable being that its belt driven. I am not sure on power since I am not done with the tune. I will get those once I am finished. I push 10-11 but I am on a D1 unit with 4.50 pulley so if you want that much boost to start you will want to opt for the P1 3.70 pulley. You will want to opt for 90Lb injectors and VMP fuel pump booster as well so you don't run into fuel pump issues. A lot of guys losing fuel pumps using the 65lbs that come with the kit. I have had no issues with fuel.

Thanks man very helpful I'm starting to lean towards the procharger. You said you have the D1, what's the benefit to upgrading to that over P1? Also did you have to install a flexfuel senor for the e85 or is the tune all you need?

Yea I personally really fell in love with the Procharger, The benefit of the D1 unit is it flows way better with better internals, with this I will be able to move forward if I ever want to make the 600-1000hp range which you are not able to do on the P1, Also if you do go with the D1 like myself order a 4.50 pulley which is the equivalent to the 3.70 on the P1 due to flow.

No Sensors needed, Just DW 90lb injectors or DW400 fuel pump either or ...and the VMP fuel pump booster.

Nice have been following this. I have the stuff to go e85 but a month ago a family emergency happened and just do not think it’s the appropriate time to move forward with adding that. Btw the car looks awesome. Hope to see what you do to it next.

Another update on the Nautilus Performance kit, they posted up two graphs on Tuesday for the single turbo kit running 93. On 7lbs they got 443/400 and bumping up to 12lbs got 515/468.

We are very shocked on what the base kit made so far on the single Mustang Turbo kit V6 Stock with pump gas. We kept the base kit with very reliable parts and even used the Masterpower OEM turbo with entry level compressor wheel 67mm. We even used an off the shelf intercooler for simplicity and to meet base kit needs. We have a stock motor with 65# injectors and just boost a pump with stock pump. We have the Turbosmart 45mm Wastegate set with a 7 psi Spring and running 14 deg timing. Here we the first testing results at 7 psi and then we turned it up to 12 psi to get what we can get safely without going to E85 yet...
We are going tomorrow to do the larger intercooler swap to get comparison even on the lower boost levels. This is so we can direct anyone to what they need or may not need based on their goals. We also have a big Billet turbo being built to go further than most will ever want while upgrading fuel system and injectors for the guys who are thirsty. We won't have pricing set till we finalize our best combination. We want perfection and quality for the market and this comes at slower pace but is well worth in the end.

I just went in on the revised twin turbo kit from super six that a guy is selling for 2k. It has the ported turbo exhaust manifolds, ported turbo flange, and custom 2 1/2 inch down pipe. Just need the injectors.

Excited to see how it works out, he said he was getting 500whp but based on Kody's results I find it a bit questionable. I almost did it but wanted to give a buddy first dibs and I'm low on funds already because I got new wheels last week.

Make sure to come back and let us all know how it goes! He did mention something about trimming the passenger side head I think, that was the only part that stuck out to me.

I went through the build with him. Its legit. He is getting 440ish with e85, pump gas numbers I'm sure aren't that high. His build like Kody is based off the super six kit but you have to remember Kody was the first...the alpha build per say. This build is highly revised, not even using the same turbos. I'm good if we hit 400whp. The price couldn't be beat and it meets my needs. Coincidentally, I was able to snag Steeda adjustable shocks, struts, and seat bars for a crazy low price the same day. Many folks are now starting to part out their builds and move onto newer Mustangs or different cars. Deals are abound.

How can we sticky this thread? We wanted a boost thread like the other engines a sticky so this thread stays up as a knowledge base for those looking to go FI.

Wow! I missed out on that deal. You got a great deal. Hope it all works out for you. I am still a little skeptical on the twin SSMS turbos kit as this might be the only one out there. Good luck to you. My goal will be for the 400 hp numbers too! What ever route I choose in the future.
