I'd reach out to Kevin Sykes in the Pac Northwest. He is mainly a Dodge guy, but he can strip out a lot of stuff in the factory ECU's. I had him convert a regular mopar PCM into a stage 3 PCM -- something that people said was impossible to do, yet he was also able to get my VIN in the new PCM as well as delete some of the goofy auto trans error codes that were present even on factory bought s3 PCM's.
I see he has a PATS delete kit on up to 2014 vehicles. And he's got a SCT tuning package as well. He might have something else in the works or might be willing to help you figure it out. He's a great guy, I've talked to him on the phone before.

Hope you are able to get it figured out. Because you know that ford racing is probably using the exact same ECU with just a different flash and part number.
