Good good young Skywalker. Soon you will feel the full power of the Marketing side of the Force.

Not saying you're necessarily wrong but given how lazy Ford is, any such tweaks are minor at best. In any event for half the money the aftermarket does better anyway.
There is no difference in magneride or tuning. All HP differences are bolt on.

Tire size and Front lip clearance perhaps?

Handling package have 1'5-2" inches lower and harder springs
Handling Package have small tires, around 1" inches

Only this parts make the height of the car from aprox 54'5 to 52,5 inches aprox.

If we talk of the clearance to the ground, with the front lip non HP it's aprox 7,5 and with HP 4,7 aprox.

It was reported by measurements to be like 0.5" iirc, definitely not 2".
Tyre diff in your calc shows 0.6" but it doesn't really work like that when weight of the car sits on the tyre, it's smaller difference than that.

The tire difference are 27,7" Vs 26,4", is 1,3" lower

I can confirm all i said because I have an Euro Spec Mach1 and i bought all the references to transform to HP, we take measures off all parts, and you know how we are in Europe for homologate, they take measures before and after the homologation, before was 138,2cm and after 133,5cm.

This is my car with all parts of HP includes adjustables struts mounts vs Not HP.

1.3" is the difference in total diameter, not the amount the car is lowered. That difference in diameter would only lower the car about .6"

Supposedly the factory HP springs are .4" lower (which I believe is unconfirmed).

So at most the HP cars are 1" lower than non-HP cars. But, like Charlemagne said, I believe the real hight difference is less than that.

General consensus seems to be .5 inches nominal.
Someone needs to measure. Now I'm curious what it really is. 🤔🤣

This would make sense if measure with and without the additional front splitter. But otherwise no, it's not 5 cm lower anywhere else.
The height is floor to roof, 133,5cm.
