2023 Mach 1 will be available

Not a big fan of the 2023 colors, but I'd get vapor blue since it'd be a unique '23 color for a mach 1. It'd be rare at least.

Just being a 2023 or a non-FJG Mach1 would make it less than common. That's a joke for all 48%+ of our Mach1 brethren that own a FJG.

I never had a doubt about Ford producing 2023 Mach 1 Mustangs. Demand has been good for the Mach 1 and Ford makes money on it. As far as production of 2022 Mach 1 Mustangs , we still have about 2 months of production left. I would not get concerned about order cancellations yet.

I am starting to be concerned about order cancellations. The last time 2022 MUSTANGs were officially being scheduled was week of Aug-22, for builds through October.

Since then, not many news. And what trickled from the Blue Oval Forums does not rassure me. The only 2022 MYs that get any type of scheduling are Escapes, Expeditions and Explorers. And not every week at that.

Worse: 2022 MUSTANG is not being mentioned on the latest sheets anymore. Now it is 2023 MUSTANG.

I am hesitantly hopeful if my Mischievous purple Mach 1 isn’t built I’ll be getting a ‘23 with expedited priority. This is what my dealer expected last week although they weren’t sure if there would be a ‘23 Mach. They said they were already told no ‘23 500.

I'd want P0420 for the O2 code I'd throw after putting on headers without spacers.

They like to skip letters for a couple of reasons. I heard O (Oooh) is visually too close to 0 (zero) and would be skipped.

Yes, the letters I and O are not used as they are easily confused with the numbers 1 (one) and 0 (zero).

Order Guide's for 2023 Mustang's are out, the Mach 1 will be offered in 2023. Cyber Orange was the only 1 year only color for 2022. 2023 will offer Grabber Blue, Eruption Green, Shadow Black, Dark Matter Gray, Iconic Silver, Fighter Jet Gray, Mischevious Purple, Race Red and Oxford White.

Do you mind pointing us in the right direction to find the guide? I just checked the Blue Oval forum and it was not there in the Order Guide section.

So FJG is still available. And there are a lot more colors being carried over than expected for the M1. How about the non-M1 mustangs?

Unfortunately, I cannot share the official Order Guide. I can answer any questions that you have though! I work at a Ford dealer in Illinois and I noticed the Guide had been uploaded this morning.

The only M1 colors offered were in my first post, same exact options as '22 less Cyber Orange. As far as non-M1 Mustang's go, it will be the same options as you had in '22, again less Cyber Orange.

Directly from page 21 of the new '23 Order Guide, "Engine – 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 (470 HP)". Base price for M1 went from $55,270 in '22 to $55,570 for '23. Destination + Delivery still $1,395 and Gas Guzzler Tax still $1,000. Most options have remained the same. Order Banks should technically be open today, have not heard anything official from Ford yet.
