FOLLOW UP:

Attached is the final (after) alignment that Ford Service did for my car along with the specs that the technicians are supposed to use.

The Service Tech indicated that the previous alignment was, in fact, correct despite the numbers cited in the Supplemental Owner's Manual.

No one could explain this discrepancy, but I just have to go with what they provided me...

Its true. Front camber is not adjustable without adding camber plates, crash bolts, or cutting up the struts. Yes that's right. Why are the number different if the camber isn't adjustable? That's a great question, but they have to list something in case a car is in a wreck or a part is defective. The alignment guys were not lying you, the front camber is not adjustable from the factory without adding camber plates or some other method.

The front camber spec is not -1.03.... Its actually -1.03 +- 0.75, so your 1.7 is within the spec by 0.08. Nothing wrong at all. If the camber was out of spec, then something is probably mechanically wrong and Ford would have to look for the cause.

Your tire wear will be fine at -1.7 as long as your toe is 0 or very slightly positive. Toe kills tires, not camber. I run 3+ degrees of camber.. tire wear is fine as long as I keep toe in check.

FWIW and following my earlier post in this thread, I made a table to cope with the different results I got and calculated the nominal and spread values.
This is from an alignment check done at the Ford dealership in July, according to the specs. they found for "2022 Mach 1".
