Is there a way to check the current priority code? Its on the order but other than calling the dealer is there a way to check? I'm sure my dealer is sick of me by now so I dont want to call back there to ask
I think dealer is the only way, since it's per dealer I don't think FP can/would share.

An indirect way would be to say something like "Hey, could y'all send me a copy of the order preview," or something to that effect, current code will be on it.

Holy smokes that was quick!

Just asked dealer to pull Handling Package after sitting in UMH since Feb, and seeing some of y'all tell me y'all were told that's what's holding ya back.

Dealer pulled the package (which reverted us to Priority Code 20 as is standard for a stock order)

Dealer emailed Ford Zone rep to move back to Priority 01 (their first car, guaranteed allocation) and zone rep delivers in 30 minutes!

We're back to 01 but now UNSCHEDULED CLEAN!

For anyone sitting at 01/02 just waiting to get pulled for scheduling and stuck in UMH, if you're got the handling package and you are okay buying the parts separate. I would implore you to do what I did as I seemed to have instant results.

Now I have more hope for cleanup scheduling next week.

The question was does he have an older price lock? From the sheet provided, he may not…. Hope the dealer has a newer sheet than the one he uploaded.
This is the form you are seeking. It’s essentially Ford’s acceptance of the preliminary form you posted….should have your name on it & dealer details (I trimmed out for privacy) Invoice & MSRP both listed as well as price level. You should have better numbers than me ( level 220 yours vs 225 my DORA vs 240 on sticker) Also does your sticker state Special Order?

Kid, please keep us that are following this thread in the loop on how this plays out. Looks like you're in line to get your car before a lot of us. This is good info for future purchases and current upcoming orders. Good luck.
So yours appears to be a dealer stock order that they pre-sold/intend to sell to you. That means you need to rely highly on documentation/agreed upon sale price from your dealings. I could be wrong but that likely prevents any price protection from Ford. But nothing says you can’t pursue that. Good luck with it!
Got the news today the sticker price will be the price. GM advised at the time of the order a stock dealer order was the only way they could get the allocation and make the order. I don't know the ins and outs of the whole deal or how it all works, but the GM has been straight with me in the past and I have no reason to doubt him. He said therefore the price increase is going to apply. My guess is since Ford won't eat the price increase and it is an MSRP deal, the dealership just is not willing to fight the fight with Ford. Who knows?

I could try to fight it and say but I have an order sheet with a price, blah, blah, blah. To me just not worth the fight and causing a rift with the GM and loosing a good contact.
What I do know is I can live with it and I am going to enjoy the car if it ever ships.

If I were in your shoes I would have done exactly that. Just order the parts you need. There are nicer camber plated out there etc.

For those wondering about the status of your order/build/shipping; ask your salesman/dealer for a full copy of the current Vehicle Visibility Report (VVR).
They all know exactly what that is and can send you pdf copy. If they refuse, they don’t know what they are doing.
And for those taking delivery, make sure to request it when you get your car.

I spoke to mine as well and he said I am in material hold as well and that there must be some commodity that is holding my order up and I'm like no. There is no commodity restriction that's where Ford places all of the Shelby orders until they are ready to receive an allocation and then you are moved to priority code 01 or 02 to be ready to receive your allocation from my understanding. I asked him that I'm still at priority code 02, right since that's what you said last week and he said that I'm priority code 10. They had an order that was just produced so I must be next in line and I'm like I literally confirmed with you guys 3 times that I was your first GT500 order and you said yes each time. The regional ep is on vacation this week so I won't have any news until Monday, but I have no faith in my dealer pushing the rep to get this moved to priority code 01 except for my dealers incentive to get the commission on this order.
So it sounds like your dealer ordered stock cars for their own inventory and now they’re just waiting on an allocation for your order. Not good, here’s to hoping they get it!

I talked to my salesman and he said I'm still material hold. Absolute shit. Happy for those getting them just really pissed here waiting on nothing it seems like
Are you your dealer’s first order? Are you confident they have an allocation?

Yeah, that's my big concern at this point. I am going to ask them to get confirmation from their regional rep that they will be getting an allocation for my order.

I just went through the e same. My order from 11/26/21 shows around 109 but the jumps have bumped it to 112 on the window sticker. My dealer had to put the order as a dealer stock order in order for my CFTP to get built as the regional said it would not get pulled if it wasa retail order. Doesn’t make any sense but it’s what Ford told us. After my 21 got a vin assigned but never built im just happy this car is. According to my VVR my CFTP on ramp 51 awaiting transport

Just so it’s clear, because not all dealers know, and not all dealers care, and Ford Performance just reads the status and causes confusion, but everyone here should have the knowledge to push your dealer and order forward or know if your dealer is full of it so you can make other plans.

If your order is sitting in a Priority Code which is not 01-09. Ford has not applied a dealer allocation to your order. Priority Codes above 09 (10-99) mean your order is sitting in a backlog for your dealer only. GT500s do not follow the same COVP process as other orders, and GT500’s don’t just get picked up from a dealers Unscheduled Order Bank and scheduled for production.

Your dealers Ford Zone Rep, must move your order to a 01-09 Priority Code. In order for you to have a shot at the car being built.

Unscheduled Material Hold & Unscheduled Clean mean nothing without the priority code. Don’t let a careless dealer get away with pushing back.
It’s absolutley possible that dealers are still waiting on additional allocations to be applied to orders for their (“share of nation”) allocations as they’re called. These dealers who get more than one would know, they would have been told at the beginning of the MY.

So yes, ask for the VVR if you have any questions on current status, but if you don’t have a VIN and a build date, Priority Code is the most important thing to know.

Exactly correct.
If you call FP, they are just reading the VVR that your dealer can see. They have no other info and are not part of the process. We learned this a long time ago….

That’s a difficult situation.
They are only guaranteed one allocation. It seems that if you’re number 2 there is absolutely no way to know if the order will be pulled. It likely depends on how many allocations your regional rep can assign and that your dealer is working hard to grab the next one if/when it becomes available.
Good luck!

Since you seem to know a lot about the process, do you know what it means when your salesman says the rep confirmed the order? My salesman and his manager both said the rep confirmed the order, and I have heard a few other people here and on the other forum say the same thing.
