2021 premium USB charging issue

My front USB doesn't charge well at all. I drive for an hour and my phone goes up 1%. The USB in the center console charges way better.
Anything I should look at? Or tell the dealer what?

The front USB is mainly just a data port for the infotainment system. I believe it can only supply .5A max.

The rear is also an input for the infotainment system. Works fine. But front doesn't change
