I was parked with e-brake on and not in the car. The red car rolled or backed up into my car.

If you zoom in a bit the section right below the grill has popped out a bit. Does that just push back in?

There is a mark on the splitter from the hitch on the red car so will need to replace that.

My bumper has PPF and I don't see any scratches or whatever as it was a plastic on plastic hit at very low speed.

Thanks for any insight. Any pics I see online of the bumper don't specifically show this part.

By the way just over 5 months old and just over 3000 miles. Thought I would be pissed but the lady was very nice and came in the restaurant and asked who owned the black car. She could have easily left and I would have never noticed until I washed it.

Sorry that happened to you. Pop it back on yourself and celebrate that lady's integrity.

Thanks, but I am not sure if it is as simple as just pushing back in. Never had the bumper off so I am not sure what holds it in and keeps it in.

YouTube is your friend. It doesn't look all that difficult.

You can try pushing on the front of the grille to see if it will snap back into place (it should). It does not appear (at least from the photos you have posted) that the grille is damaged. It looks like when her car rolled into yours, it just tweaked the grille, which popped it out of place from the bumper cover. Pushing on it or pressing up from the bottom edge of the top of it should easily snap it back into place.

If you can't get it to pop into place externally by using some manual effort, all PP S550s should have a belly pan under it. Get the car up on ramps, remove the belly pan and you should be able to see into the lower grille area and try and pop it back into place .

Thanks for all of the help.

Just went and gave a couple hard pushes and both sides snapped right back in.

Thanks again.
