I traded a 21 M1 and just bought another Mustang so I m up on the current prices.
ok, so how much did you get in trade? Over 50's for a M1 is nuts IMO. Unless it's basically a new '23 car.

I see an EV in your future. :(
I'm eventually going to try to get surgery to fix my arm. But I just can't afford it right now, since it'll 100% lay me off of work for over a year. Where I dislocated my 2 ribs from my spine, a lump of scar tissue healed around the joints. The lung is behind my shoulder blade. And when I move my left arm around, the shoulder blade rubs the scar tissues and irritates it until it swells up. When it starts swelling up, the inflammation pushes back against my shoulder blade and starts putting pressure on my nerves and muscles. So its pinching nerves, that eventually make my arm go numb if I over use it, and then I feel like I can't lift it anymore. Doctors so far are trying to do everything but surgery, because they have to cut through a few muscles to get to the scar tissue, and theyre scared if doing more harm than good. The injury happened in 2021. So far we have been trying to rehabilitate it and try to strengthen the muscles around it, but I don't see how this will prevent the issue from happening? But I mean, when the injury first happened, I could only do certain tasks for 1 hour, and now I'm up to almost 3 hours.

I really don't want an EV. 🥺

It sucks owning some of the most awesome care who have the worst dealerships and techs. I generally have major services done at my wife's dealerships because a lot of them are friends and I can help, but also I know the GM's expectation levels. With that being said, if I had to get work done at Ford, I'm vetting the hell out of the service manager and tech.

Before I came to enjoy cars, I had a mechanic do an oil change on my Honda.

They who shall remain unnamed removed the washer from the oil bolt and “replaced” it with white plumbers tape wrap. Around an oil bolt. In an oil pan. In a car.

I lost half the oil in the car over the next week and only then noticed the oil stain on my street under my car.

Needless to say I do all my own work now other than alignments and tire mounting/balancing. This forum and youtube are my lifelines.
