Hindsight is always better. dealer convinced me that deal was 100% solid and paying up front was a needed business decision as well as assurance the dealer could use that to leverage getting car in early 2020 build bucket.

As far as area, I will wait to give FORD sales rep and dealer last shot before inflaming too many more people.

The sales rep from FORD knows the screw up was on their side. Lets see if they will fix their error.
All they have to do is produce one more frigg’n car to honor their contract.

I can totally relate with you on the paint since my original order is Iconic Silver with no stripes and painted roof. Noah and Ford Performance claims Magnetic is rare production color at this time. And interestingly I own a 2019 Ford F-250 Magnetic Blacked Out Edition and I love the paint color and look of her. Good luck on your decisions and I changed my mind on paint color now 4 times LOL. I initially ordered Performance Blue to Twister Orange to Iconic Silver and now LOL Magnetic.

Should never come to this... so you fully paid for the car up front before taking delivery??!!

Should be a deposit, which should also be refundable.

No lawyers reqd.

Regretfully its now too late to find a dealer and an area Ford Sales Rep who have an allocation left and will match pricing.
So I do think it will come down to the lawyers figuring it out, unless of course they make it happen and honor their contract. Tough though when dealer and FORD Rep wont return a call, text or email.
And they still have $100K of my money for a car they now state they wont sell me.
