Hello everyone,

I have searched and searched through forums, videos, etc. I can’t seem to find a solution to an issue I have been trying to resolve for nearly a year now.
I upgraded from the 4” to 8” screen through Infotainment and everything was great.

However, at some point the HVAC controls disappeared so I cannot change the fan speed or direction. I can control the temps using the dials from the included bezel.

I have messed around in Forscan over a dozen times and can’t seem to get it fixed. I believe the issue is that the APIM is now thinking the car has the base model screen and everything which is not the case.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Happy to send any additional info or details.

I'm pretty new to this myself, but I have some really recent experience.

What all have you changed so far in Forscan? Have you reviewed the FCIM table, particularly 7A7-01-01 xx**-xxxx-xxxx ? I had to adjust that value to recognize the centerstack because my screen wasn't recognizing volume adjustments from the steering wheel.

I appreciate the feedback. I am going to go in and see if everything looks normal on that line.
I have messed around in FORSCAN quite a bit at this point, trying to fix it. I was attempting to disable double honk and equalize the audio or whatever it is, both of which I managed to do. I am sure it is one of the lines to do with the center stack. Will post an update
