Put in my backup camera on my 2020. I read somewhere to use fuse number 23 in the footwell. A couple days later, the battery was dead. So I look around some more and it seems that the fuse functions have changed between some years of the g6 configuration. So can anyone tell me which fues number to tap into for accessory power to be on in run and start but off when engine is switched off?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

#23 is the one I used on my 2019 Bullitt for a switched 12V source with no problems.

Let me know if I’m missing something here folks, but this is definitely a switched 12V circuit. I used an add a circuit in mine, (retained the factory 10A and added the second 10A for my accessory).

No, you are just fine. There are 2 fuse panels. Mine was for the engine compartment panel. Your’s is for the under dash panel. There is a difference between the 19’ and the 20’.

They’re constantly changing things aren’t they? I wouldn’t expect to see something like that between a 19-20 model.

So looks like 23 was for power windows in the earlier models, so looks like 2 is for power windows in the 2020 model. Will try that tomorrow. Thanks for the information.
