Hey guys,
FYI ordered mine on 6/25/18 and after waiting over 4 months, just got my VIN yesterday 11/2/18.
I ordered a 2019 Magnetic Metallic Premium GT, specs below.
(Performance Package 1, 10 spd auto, 401A, Active Exhaust, Safe & Smart, Magnaride, Spoiler Delete, B&O sound)

I have a plethora of parts waiting to install on this thing, so it will keep me occupied over the winter.
Hoping to get the car in January. No production date yet but that's normal. I'll keep updating so others know the timeline.

I ordered my wife a 2019 Ecoboost back in September and just now got a build date of January.

But I still have no VIN... This is getting ridiculous....

Ordered ours 08/03, got VIN and 12/3 week build date from the "locator" forum on Blue Oval (certainly did NOT get it from the dealer); ETA 01/10/19 - yes, absolutely ridiculous!

My 2019 GT/CS finally arrived and is home now. all is good. but I had to fight Los Angeles traffic downtown on way home. car probably learned crappy city driving behavior.... It gets loud as I start moving again even with little throttle input. I like the throttle input and gives me time to creep forward in traffic, not lurch forward so far. Much more stable/planted than a stock 15-17 GT suspension on freeways.

Some of my peers who may not be car enthusiasts suggested I remove the GT/CS stripe.... I am on the fence with that, I know clean looks nice, but it is not that bad.

I currently set mymode to normal/comfort steering/quiet exhaust for parking and drive thrus

Otherwise I mainly use Sport or Normal.

I certainly would not agree with removing the side fade stripe... makes it different than all the others!

Hello all, ... well since ordering on 7/30 .. . My car is finally here!!!! It arrived at the dealer yesterday and I picked it up last night. I’m finally officially part of the S550 family.

Yes and had to remind some that it is Factory stripes, and is what makes up for the trim package, some felt I slapped them on LOL

I placed my order October 25th, I ordered a 2019 GT Premium with 401A , PP2, Active Exhaust, Leather Recaros and the upgraded stereo. I plan to remove the rear seats and put in a Watson Racing 4 point roll cage and some camber plates and few other goodies and start doing as many track days as the budget allows.

tried to order a 2018 pp2 but i guess it was getting too close to the cut off date. then i put in a STOCK order for a 2019 pp2 sometime around aprilish only to discover that stock orders werent getting picked up.

Technically, my current order that was delivered did take around 4 months. I ordered 6/21, went into the system a week later.
