  1. Poseidon - car_designer's Mustang GT

Earlier this summer I finally decided on a name for my Mustang. I had a few ideas bouncing around but I kept coming back to one in particular. I'd like to introduce Poseidon! The more I looked into it, the more appropriate it seemed with Poseidon being God of: the seas (blue), earthquakes (loud...
  2. Will Boss Laguna Seca wheels fit a 2019 GT PP1?

It's been a year and guess what haven't come off yet? The Laguna Seca wheels just looked too good to swap back to the PP1 wheels this spring.
  3. Sto n Sho mount - PP1 vs PP2

Thanks for the reply and info. I'll look at other options.
  4. The Photography Hangout Thread

Thanks. I wish I could provide the settings, but I took that picture a few years ago and I was just fooling around with the settings. I haven't been able to replicate that result since.
  5. Poseidon - car_designer's Mustang GT

New year, new mods! I've been going back and forth on the taillights for months but finally decided it was time for a mod. Also go the Diode Dynamics marker lights.
  6. Overlanding Build - Picked up a GX470 as a winter beater

Very nice GX470 build! I bought a 4runner for my winter beater a few years ago and it's been great! Looking forward to you updates.
  7. The Photography Hangout Thread

This summer a long time cruise night location along our old-school cruising road closed, to be demolished for a condo tower :crying: I made a few stops to get some pictures while I could.
  8. KONA BLUE S550 MUSTANG Thread

It's been a week since the last post in this thread, so might as well add a pic of my Kona!
  9. I F*&^%$# hate winter

Nice to see fellow Mustang owners who also have an Olds!
  10. I F*&^%$# hate winter

When I bought my 2013 Mustang, I picked it up new in a snowy parking lot. I drove it through 3 winters and never had an issue. After 3 years I bought an SUV and started to park the Mustang for the winter. Now and then, I still took it out on a nice day. To be honest, I miss driving it in the...
  11. '

I seem to always be looking at them when I close the trunk! I know I shouldn't, but always do. It was never a problem with my 2013, but the 2015+ definitely have brighter tail lights.
  12. The Photography Hangout Thread

First I want to say, this thread is full of amazing pictures! I'm a fan of night time pictures and this is one of the few pictures I've taken that I think is worthy of this thread. I've tried a few times since but need to spend more time learning how to properly use my camera and adjust the...
  13. Poseidon - car_designer's Mustang GT

I wanted to go more offset too, but I put mine as far offset as I could using one of the factory holes like the instructions say. The next hole over and the plate hits the bumper peak.
  14. Poseidon - car_designer's Mustang GT

It is a Sto N Sho plate mount. It mounts under the front lip. On a PP1, it uses one of the existing screws and you have to drill a second hole. All necessary hardware is included. It is designed to install in the middle, but I wanted to be different.
  15. Will Boss Laguna Seca wheels fit a 2019 GT PP1?

Thanks! That thought has crossed my mind.
  16. Will Boss Laguna Seca wheels fit a 2019 GT PP1?

Just to follow up, looks like they fit!
  17. Poseidon - car_designer's Mustang GT

Since I bought my 2019, I've been wondering if my Laguna Seca wheels would fit it. Today I finally got around to trying them on. They fit great and I like the look more than the black PP1 wheels. Finally starting to make it my own. To make the swap easier, I also bought a set of Steeda jacking...
  18. Sto n Sho mount - PP1 vs PP2

I'm using the Sto n Sho license plate holder on my 2019 Mustang GT PP1. I wanted to mount it offset, but using proper PP1 mount and a factory hole the most offset I can mount it is what you see in the picture. The next hole over has the plate hitting the peak of the bumper. Since the PP2 has...
  19. Poseidon - car_designer's Mustang GT

I'm through the break-in period and now the fun begins... and the nice cruising on the highway! The brakes were making a grinding noise a few weeks ago but a few strong brake applications seemed to have cleared that up. Last night I noticed my first stone chip. At least the first one is over now.
