2019 Mustang O2 sensor code

Hi I own a 2019 Mustang GT, I have been getting these 4 codes on my car. Noticed it is also stuck at 14.0 on my air fuel ratio. I checked and they seem to be plugged in and the fuse also looks good. Ordered some upstream replacements and a wiring harness if needed. Just wanted to see any ideas or recommendations.

It’s currently running 2mm fab catless long tune headers. JLT cold air intake and was on a 93 tune. Noticed before it was stuck at 14.0 and then switched tuners this week but can’t datalog since this is occurring. So I’m currently on a base file tune.

It seems odd to me that all 4 would lose the heater circuit at the same time.
How long have you been getting the codes Did they start out of the blue or after something was changed/modded?
You really haven't given enough information for us to give much help.
I'd suggest getting a wiring diagram and find out if they are all sourced from the same place.
Or check each connector at the sensor for voltage.
Or connect to a bidirectional scan tool and check sensor and heater operation or see if anything else is going on.

Sounds good I’ll try that, and I want to say the codes have been there for a bit now. I just barely checked with my device to read them.

The 14.0 AFR indicates 93 fuel. Is it truly stuck at 14.0 or does it fluctuate with acceleration?

Yeah it is fully stuck at 14.0. With acceleration it stays at 14.0.

Odd. Idk anything about tuning myself, but that indicates to me that something is closed and not moving. Your tuner may have better information there.
