So I have a 2019 bullit with less than 1k on the odometer. I decided to tune it and much to my demise... it drove fine for 10 minutes and then it died. Started it back up and now have no throttle pedal response. Cleared codes and reflashed to stock tune. Started back up works fine for couple minutes and then throws code and pedal quits working. Makes a squealing type squeak when you rev it up before it quits working. What did I do?

Did a kam reset... did a crank relearn procedure... let it idle for 5 minutes with no accessories on and then 5 minutes with ac on max. Took it for a drive around town and it seemed ok... gonna see what else I can find tomorrow...

Will the dealer know I previously had it tuned and will it matter to my warranty?

They can find out, but they have to look for it. I would think they only look if it’s major engine failure or they see mods that might raise a flag.

I did it myself. I have reloaded the aftermarket tune and has ran fine since I did the kam reset.
