What are you doing when you go into limp mode? How long have you had this throttle body?
Just driving home from work in 90 degree weather wrench light with 2119 code comes on I pull over shut car off clear code then car is fine. Got car at 9k miles with blower on it and it's at 70k now.

when over tq throttle body bolts it will make the same issue as per whipple recommendation the Tb bolts should be tight it at these tq spec ( torque to 89 lbs -in on first pass, 139 lbs -in on second pass) and before installing the intake tube, push the blade closed firmly with your thumb from the middle of the blade and both sides. The blade should release freely to the neutral position without any sticking or chafing which sounds like a “thunk” or “pop” noise

Herr is the million dollar question the blower has been on the car for 60k miles and never done it before. Now I am also getting p0133 and P0135 codes with according to dash vacuum fluctuates alot.
