I'm planning on an '18 GT 'vert. I want the PP and some other goodies but don't want the spoiler on a convertible.

I thought I read that 'spoiler delete' can't be had with the PP but I can't find the thread.

Any word on this that this is confirmed?

I'm not even sure if the spoiler will be on convertibles, never saw it on shown 18 convertibles

We all have to wait for final order Options, all we can do now is guessing

For what it's worth, the PP for the '16 forced the "spoiler delete" option, not sure if it would be different with a convertible though.

Dude......seriously.......why do you think others can answer this question for you?

Have you read the thread dedicated to the 2018MY yet? Everything anyone knows, plus a lot of assumptions, are there.

I am sure everyone is hoping that there is an option to delete the Camaro spoiler from the PP.

There's always someone who might have more info than what gets posted. And yes, I have read it. I clearly stated that I saw something about the spoiler delete but couldn't find the post. There are over 220 pages. Thanks for the insightful input...dude.

The 2018 Order guide is NOT out yet. Nobody can tell you a thing until it comes out...NO ONE has any inside info... The Order guide will pop (leak) on to the net in time.

AND Ford does not allow customer orders for the first 4-6 weeks of a new build so you can't customer order for a long while yet.

I'd bet the option will be there but I personally kind of like the look. Need to see it in person to make a final decision. They only brought the vert to houston auto show.

Ford has already stated in various auto mag articles there is a spoiler delete available for the '18 Mustang on the PP.
The biggest visual change is for cars equipped with the Performance package, which inherit a gaudy new functional rear wing. Although Ford notes that the Subaru WRX STI–like piece has been thoroughly tested in the wind tunnel, the company will allow Performance package buyers to opt out of the big trunk-mounted picnic table.
Also that's not accurate about customer orders. If the dealer does a customer order and uses one of their dealer allocation #s then your car will get built in the first group.
